Bridlington is a coastal town and civil parish on the Holderness Coast of the North Sea, situated in the unitary authority and ceremonial county of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Photo that is shown on the card was taken about 1919. In the picture you can see uhlans (Polish: Ułan). They were Polish light cavalry armed with lances, sabres and pistols. The first Uhlan regiments were created in the early 18th century in Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth in 1720s.
